It all comes round again.

So the neighbor upstairs (the genuinely nice one), rather than the disingenuous pair above her, is moving out today. She came downstairs about fifteen minutes ago, to bring us muffins from Just Desserts, and let us know that she would miss us. Sad to see good people leave. Here's hoping more good people move in after her.
