Booze and boobs have always been illegal for events on the streets of San Francisco... it's just that mostly these regulations go unenforced.

While I support both activities, I'd be happy to lobotomize anyone who chooses to booze out of glass bottles. The B2B route is like a fucking mine field the next day with huge drifts of broken beer bottles left behind from the street cleaners. That part sucks majorly.
